OUR STEAKS
At The Surf & Turf, we take our beef seriously, and it shows.
We partner with carefully selected farmers from Australia and Argentina, sourcing premium cuts from producers like OBE Organic and specialty Wagyu farms, along with rare and heritage breeds whenever available.
Each steak is dry-aged in-house for maximum flavour and tenderness, then grilled over our wood-fired charcoal grill to lock in that rich, smoky goodness.
